Hi! I’m Jen Heal — social media girlie, digital strategist, whimsical creative spirit, Brooklyn mom, and lover of all things cute, colorful, and joy‑filled. I’m so happy you’re here. This blog is the heart of my universe, and I’m thrilled to finally open the door.
I’ve been in this industry for over 15 years, long before “content creator” was even a job title. I graduated from Parsons The New School of Design in 2017, and my very first role was as Betsey Johnson’s first Social Media Manager — back when Instagram was a baby and we were all learning as we went. From there, I explored the digital space across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and food.
I spent four years at Whole Foods Market (pre‑Amazon acquisition), leading influencer marketing and creating all social content for the Northeast region. I later became the Director of Social & Influencer Marketing at Outdoor Voices, before moving fully into my own creative consultancy — where I’ve partnered with brands of every size to bring their stories to life across social, content, email, and 360° digital strategy.
But here’s the fun part:
At my core, I’m a magical, whimsical, stylish girl who loves color, nostalgia, and anything adorable. If it involves Hello Kitty, Miffy, or Sonny Angels, I’m obsessed. I have a strong fashion‑forward eye, but I also lean deeply into play — that balance is what shapes my personal content and the creative direction I bring to every project.
In this current season, motherhood is a huge part of my life and identity. I have a one‑year‑old son, Arthur, who you’ll see a lot around here — his outfits, his little personality, the way I express my whimsical style through him. Dressing him is one of my favorite creative outlets, and I love sharing it to inspire other moms navigating New York City life with a little one.
And because creativity never leaves my hands, you’ll also see my crafty, DIY girlie side throughout this blog — projects, playful home ideas, aesthetic experiments, and anything else I dream up along the way.
